ACCESS AND CIRCULATION

In order to go around the property there is a guard house always making sure of the residents’ and visitors’ reason for entry, placing particular attention on the access registry.

Road management is based on a sustainable concept that utilizes “Saskab” (white soil in Mayan), a stable and fully permeable material that is compatible with the jungle’s environment. DISTRIBUTION MODEL FOR THE PLOTS

It is done through a construction permit. This permit allows for one house per land plot with a footprint of up 120 m2, with the possibility of two stories for a total of 240 m2 of construction. The building must follow the guidelines found in the condominium rules and design manual.
