Antes de unirse a MRP, Carlos fue Director de Bienes Raíces de Wal Mart México, siendo responsable de definir el plan de crecimiento estratégico para todos los formatos de Wal Mart en la Región Centro del País, donde desarrolló más de 70 tiendas y una cartera consolidada de más de 100 proyectos.

En 1995 Carlos fundó GDA Inmobiliaria, una empresa mexicana especializada en el desarrollo de proyectos residenciales y comerciales.

Con amplia experiencia en bancos de inversión boutique, y en estructura de negocios en el sector de la medicina, bienes raíces, manufactura y recursos naturales.
Ha sido asesor de desarrollo de negocios para varias empresas en el sector de recursos naturales, parques solares, así como comercio electrónico y retail.
